We recognize that effective teaching ability can come from a wide range of educational and professional backgrounds, and applications are reviewed holistically rather than based on a single qualification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Education Background<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants who hold a bachelor\u2019s degree in education, English, linguistics, or a related field may have an advantage during the review process. However, candidates with degrees in other disciplines may still be considered if they demonstrate strong communication skills, teaching potential, and experience working with children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Professional Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Relevant professional experience can help offset the absence of a traditional degree. The second page: Teacher drags students\u2019 video into the frame, and have students read the Tongue Twister and Poem in turns. The third page: Put students into two teams, and drag their videos into frames, give them authority to write down words in one minute, the team which write the most words can be winner.(7 min) <strong><\/strong>Open the <em>Toss! Kick! Hop!<\/em> <em>ppt .<\/em>Take students to read each slide <em>(5 min)<\/em> Note: Teacher might have no time to read the words in the first period. Have students to read these words about letter o sound fluently.<strong>(review)<\/strong> Have students to make sentences using the key words.<strong> (review)<\/strong>After reading the story, encourage students to point out the words with o sound.<strong> (review)<\/strong>Students will read the book one by one.
